MY STORY

Cassie Dee is a self-taught contemporary artist from Northern Utah.  Most recognized for her work with fluid acrylic she loves creating whimsical, vibrant and energetic pieces.  

"I've always been a creative soul but painting was never on my radar until I was in my late twenties.  I was suffering from depression at the time and in an effort to switch up my routine, I began painting at night after work.  Something lit up inside me with those first brushstrokes.  I started painting every night and as my life filled up with color, the house filled up with canvases. A few short months later I sold my first series of paintings and have been fearlessly pursuing this passion ever since. There is a healing magic to art that goes beyond the creator. Being able to share that energy with others makes it all the more meaningful."

Cassie regularly sells and exhibits her work at local art festivals, community galleries and online.  Her colorful works can be found in private collections across the United States.
